We profoundly wish to introduce ourselves as Excel Craft Pvt. Ltd. formerly known as redaelli (india) pvt. Ltd., incorporated in the year 1994, a pioneer and leader in the field of manufacturing wire and cable making machines. Our unit in india started initially as a joint venture with m/s redaelli techna mechanica group, milano italy, who pioneered many developments in wire and cable machinery. During the joint venture, most of the technical knowhow for manufacturing of wire drawing for both ferrous & non ferrous material, drum twister lines, rigid stranding machines, lrpc lines, tubular stranding, skip stranding, bunching and twinning machines etc., were made available to the indian partner m/s. Redaelli (india) pvt. Ltd. M/s. Redaelli techna mechanica, italy is over 80 years in the world market along with group companies such as m/s. Ott –france (leaders in wire drawing machines) and m/s. J.a. Kraft – germany (pioneers in cable machinery).
Their experience has eventually facilitated us with wide range of proven products and technology. Additionally, our ongoing continual developments in the design of mechanical and electrical features have proved to be at par with the needs of the latest global standards. Located 25 km away from the central city of hyderabad, in the peaceful patancheru industrial area, is the works unit of Excel Craft Pvt. Ltd., lavishing in an ambience of greenery over a sprawling 2 acres. A granite stone wall encloses the factory, which is flaunted by impeccable gardens, well groomed lawns and dozens of beautiful trees. The excellent green surroundings add a touch of freshness that enhances the working spirits of the employees.
During a career that spans over four decades, Mr. Prashant Somani, as managing director, leads and determines the strategic direction of the company. With his aptitude for management and finance, he is both a respected leader and an advisor to the company, its portfolio of products and its subsidiaries.
Under his management , Redealli India Private Limited metamorphosed into a conglomerate with a variety of companies under its name. He also helms the company’s latest venture which deals with specialised welding. Under Mr. Somani’s dynamic leadership, the company continues to evolve and diversify. His infallible track record in successful management has rendered him an invaluable asset to the company.
Having devoted over two decades to the company, Mr Dhruv Somani is an integral part of Excel Craft Limited. With a versatile skill-set and acute expertise in management, Mr. Somani is a key decision maker in areas including but not limited to, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Strategic Management.
Backed by a team of experienced, proficient professionals, Mr. Somani overseas his textile manufacturing and processing business which produces and prints a variety of fabrics for leading exporters and buying houses in the industry. His practical knowledge and ability to adapt has rendered him an indispensable resource to the company.
Mr. Biswajit Ganguly is a through professional in the wire ,cable and rope making machines , as COO of ECPL., sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of products, Mr. Ganguly has more than three decades of experience in the wire , cable and rope industry with a strong track record of driving the technology based approach , executing business turnarounds and managing successful business. He commonds respect in the wire industry globally . An innovative thinker with strong hold on the subject
He has worked with Usha Martin – Machinery division for 22 years and joined ECPL in the year 2009 and become a driving force in achieving excellence in the growth of ECPL
He is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company goals – setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption
Having overall experience of 30 years. Started working with ECPL from 2002 and has worked on various position right from technology improvement to new product development in wire , cable and rope making machineries . Prior to ECPL he has worked with GEW Limited for 8 years and has handled various work profile right from projects , maintenance to product development for wire and cable. He started his career as a service engineer in 1991 with Pertech Computers with hands on computer communications and networking.
He has contributed a lot in making the team work for the organization.He works as mentor to our team of engineers .
Joined ECPL family in May 2019. With over three decades of experience across various assignments including, Production, Maintenance, Plant operations , Business Development, Product Management, new product launch, product monitoring, OEM sales, He can contribute much to the growth of the organization
In the past he has headed various teams like Production, Operation, Quality Assurance, Projects, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing Being a thorough professional throughout his career he has worked with Companies like National Standard Duncan Ltd., Panyam cement and mineral Industries , Usha martin – machinery division , Prakruti industries ( TATA steel franchise), Shakunt enterprises , he is Adept in interacting with internal as well as external customers across the globe and working towards high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrated excellence in driving multi-location, cross-cultural and multi-functional resources.
